Preliminary Planning Assessments: We deliver a preliminary review of your proposed project, offering tailored advice to navigate regulatory hurdles and enhance approval chances.

Development Applications (DA): We expertly manage the preparation and submission of development applications, ensuring all of the detail is covered to minimise risk and streamline the planning approval process. We can also coordinate the whole approval process for you.

Planning Documentation: We offer a variety of planning reports and other material to support the planning process. This includes Statements of Environmental Effects, Clause 4.6 Variations and Section 4.55 Modifications in NSW or Planning Reports for development applications and change applications. We can also prepare planning submissions on a range of a planning processes.

By engaging our PPA services, you will gain valuable insights into the planning landscape, enabling you to make an informed decision. It is our goal to simplify complex planning matters, identify opportunities and provide a clear pathway forward.

The PPA process includes a Project Strategy Session (PSS) to discuss the findings and discuss the road map forward to bring your project to life.

The PPA service includes:

  • Site Analysis: We conduct a preliminary review of your property's physical characteristics, including topography, access, and existing structures, to identify opportunities and constraints that may impact your development plans.

  • Regulatory Review: Our team examines relevant planning instruments, zoning regulations, and local council policies to determine permissible/possible land uses, building heights, densities, and other key development controls applicable.

  • Identification of Approval Pathways: We outline the planning approval pathway(s) for the project and provide a recommendation on the planning approval strategy that best aligns to your objectives.

  • Risk Assessment: Our team identifies potential planning and environmental risks and will consider strategies to mitigate these risks.

  • Supporting Information: The assessment will also outline additional requirements and estimated costs for the consultants or supporting documentation required. We also seek to provide and the Council and Government Authority Fees that concern the planning process.
